Scott has over 20 years experience in the food and beverage industry. Starting in the Hilton hotel in London as a barman, Scott quickly moved up to Bar Manager organising all of the large in-house functions for this top London establishment.
He moved to work in several top restaurants in London the most notable being the Marco Pierre White owned Criterion Brasserie in Piccadilly eventually launching the Vinopolis Wine Museum a fine dining Restaurant and Brasserie.
Scott then moved to Spain working on a consultancy basis for a number of renowned restaurants.
Finally moving to Dubai in 2005, Scott was employed as food and beverage manager for Gordon Ramsey at the Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel. He trained and built a team producing the highest standards and service in Dubai.
