Founder (Executive Chef)
After finishing school Andrew decided catering was his preferred career and completed courses at Scarborough catering college.
After completion he worked at a couple of small establishments before being offered a position in a Three Rosette Hotel owned by the Royal family.
His career quickly progressed and he moved to London securing a position in the Criterion where he worked and progressed to the position of Sous Chef. He then moved to another Marco Pierre White owned restaurant the Titanic in Piccadilly where he stayed within the company for 4 years.
He then moved to L’Anis in Kensington remaining for 18 months before taking up the position of Head Chef in Dubai launching Gordon Ramsey’s 2 new restaurants the Verre fine dining and the Glasshouse Mediterranean Brasserie.
